practical deficiencies of the graduates of the nation’s higher institutions,
the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), a body established by the Federal
Government which engages in the training of technical manpower, took up the
challenge to make up for the deficiencies. They did this by structuring and
establishing Students’ Industrial Training (SIT), as it was first called (back
in 1973/74). By then, the students went out to the industries to make up for
the practical aspects of the theoretical work done in school. With the rapid
growth of higher institutions (both in size and number), funding became a

Sometimes
 you might want to embed a picture with your own signature maybe because
 you want users to always get back to you or for some better reasons 
that are best known to you. I've highlighted some steps that you can use
 to do that easily without any professional image editing software on 
your system. We are going to be using paint. Every windows system has 
paint by default, so just go to your start menu and type "paint", then 
the program will show up.<br />

and select "open with" on the drop down menu; another drop down menu 
will show up like an extension, select "paint" from the list.</li>
